As you hear every day on the News, Foreclosures are an ever increasing portion or the Grand Rapids Real Estate market. Foreclosures in general are a good real estate investment, but in a market flooded with homes and foreclosures, they can become a great real estate investment. When dealing with foreclosures and bank owned properties, there are a couple of things to remember.
1. The bank has no Emotional Attachment to the property.
2. The only thing important to the Bank is the bottom line.
Over the past couple of years, I have specialized myself in working as a Buyer’s Agent for people interested in buying Foreclosures, primarily in the Great Grand Rapids Area.
